100% natural coconut activated carbon has not been randomly selected as the material for these filters. The absorption properties of this safe, effective and ecological material far exceed the properties of common activated carbon, obtained mainly from firs, oaks, pines and birches. The capacity of the carbon pores, obtained from the coconut shell , is much larger and reaches a volume of up to 10 m³ .
Use and maintenance
The filter shows consistently high filtration efficiency (over 85%) until the end of its useful life. In order to maintain an adequate quality of cleaning and to prevent clogging of the activated carbon pores, it is recommended to change it every 8,000 liters of water.
